The incredibly notorious artist, Banksy, has recently done some new pieces in London! Earlier this week, Banksy was also behind the controversial intro to the newest episode of the Simpsons. Banksy continues to do amazing work, and he is a very talented artist. Heres a Picture of the newest Banksy piece, dont at Glastonbury 2010. Glastonbury is a festival of contemporary preforming arts, which takes place in the UK. Banksy obviously showed up for a little, but Snoop Dogg, Mos Def, Willie Nelson and Stevie Wonder also preformed at the festival.
Just when nobody is sure if Banksy has left town, or weather he is just kickin' it, Banksy goes and puts this piece up in Harlem, Ny. Another great piece, but like always, what can you expect?(:
Banksy is staying on his grind lately, hittin' up major cities through out the U.S, and even posting up in Canada. Anyway, he has been really busy, Here are some of his newest peices!
Two more great pieces by Banksy, I really like the first one. If you don't know, its a doctor checking the heart with a stethoscope. Cant wait to see some more new work by him in the States.
So, i guess Bansky has really done well. I have always enjoyed Banksy's stories, but especially his Work. The dude is literally a genius, from how he plans things out, to his ideas for his pieces! I actually have a book about his Street Art Movement, and its a really, really good book (Plus, More pictures than words). Anyway, I guess the premier was a hit, everyone who attended really enjoyed it. cant wait to see it myself (:
